A Question To Your Inner Self

You have heard this timeless and profound phrase before, “Ask and it shall be given onto you.” What question have you posed directly to your inner self? In fact, what we do most of the time is we go about asking the people QuestionToYourselfaround us the questions on how to, what to, where to, and the list of questioning goes on and on. As James Allen points out with this quote, “You are today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you.”

I realize the longer we wait to ask, the longer it will take to get answers. Therefore, today is your ideal time to pose a question to your inner self. Are you satisfied with who you are and where you are at in your life today? If the answer you get is yes, great. However, if your answer is no and you know within yourself that you want to live a fuller life, you must change your thoughts and beliefs regarding your life.

Remember, as James Allen has said, and to paraphrase, it is the thoughts that you have been having that brought you to this point in your life, and it will be your thoughts that will take you to the next point. Make them intentionally, and make them in alignment with where and what you want to be. That is, you will have to consciously start thinking of ways to change your thoughts and beliefs about your life today.

Input from others is essential to most projects even those of a more or less solitary kind such as writing. However, there comes a time when you are going to have to trust your experience, knowledge and in some cases instincts and either make a decision or take a path in a chosen direction. Excellent blog for getting the thought processes in gear.
