You Can’t Soar By Holding Someone Else Back

Search within yourself to see if holding someone back is an unconscious or conscious strife of yours.  Such way of life is self-sabotaging and the sooner you realize it and let it go, the sooner you can soar to your highest.

You can’t soar by holding someone else back. Are you preventing someone from pursuing their dreams, hopes or desires? I am plugged into quite a few motivational outlets, because I too need motivation. However, from Bob Proctor insight of the day a quote by Marian Anderson caught my attention. The quote is, “As long as you keep a person down, some part of you has to be down there to hold him down, so it means you cannot soar as you otherwise might.” If you want to reach to your highest altitude you’ll have to allow others to do the same. Remember, there is enough to go around for everybody, unless your believe in lack or so insecure about yourself of which cause you to be thinking that someone is going to take your share of the pie. But as the quotes states, you can’t soar by holding someone down. In fact, I believe that whenever you free yourself from the insane practice of holding some back because of what you think they are going take from you, you actually free yourself.
