Finish What You Have Started! (1)

Don’t allow past disappointments to stop you from acting on the dream that’s in your heart.

Have you lost your motivation for what you are currently doing? I hope not, but if you have and have been ignoring the desire to pursue something new, something you always want to do and that which you have been ignoring it is now screaming out to you. Pursuing that dream is now up to you.

Give yourself the opportunity to feel alive by acting on the dream that have been screaming in your heart.

When you have a dream you’ve got to grab it and never let go. – Carol Burnett

I don’t know what is in your heart, but you do. Don’t let prior disappointment hinder you from taking action on the dream this is screaming in your heart.

If you have failed or have disappointments in your life prior to now, you may doubt yourself. However, you must know that your previous disappointments are not the blue print for your future unless you believe that it is.

  1. I find myself leaving the past, as history, in its place upon time gone by. I will forever learn from my past but my focus is always centered on the present and my desires for the future…and the future begins one minute from the present, thus the urgency of the here and now.

Indeed, Richard, I never want in the future to look to the past with regret that I failed to pursue what in my heart and soul was a dream to have and hold. I will leave this world knowing and cherishing the difference.

  2. Indeed Don. We have to focus on the present. Despite the past, our present is where we’ll find the opportunity for our growth and progress.

Don, I appreciate you sharing your thoughts and experience. have a blessed rest of the week!
