90 Day Challenge: Day 19– Appreciate Your Value

Are you comparing yourself to others and devaluing who you are? When you compare yourself to others you are lowering your value because you are valuing them more than yourself. Don’t let what others have make you feel inferior. You have abilities inside you that you haven’t reach for yet, so don’t sit there finding fault with yourself. There is no reward in finding fault, especially with yourself. Just because you are not where you want to be doesn’t mean that you don’t have something of value to offer because you do but if you spend all your time worrying about not measuring up you’ll only find yourself more overwhelmed.

Challenge Yourself!

Challenge Yourself!

Make today the day you stop self-bashing and ignoring your worth because what you appreciate will increase in value. It’s time to embrace your unique ability, your talent and remember, we are all different and each of us have something of value to offer. So, don’t judge yourself or compare yourself to others because when you do you are only devaluing yourself. Love yourself for who you are!

The process of loving yourself for who you are starts in your mind!

IT IS POSSIBLE TO GO BEYOND LIMITATIONS. IT MAY NOT BE EASY, BUT IT IS POSSIBLE.

  1. Another inspiring post Richard. One thing we all need to maintain a clear focus on is the simple fact that of all the human beings on this planet no two are exactly the same and yes…we do enjoy the benefit of being unique, distinctive in our own right.

We came into this world for a reason, a purpose and through life and discovery we clarify that purpose in our own mind and, hopefully, pursue fulfilment of that purpose. We each have opportunity awaiting our engagement and success. The rest is all up to us.

  2. Thanks, Don I appreciate your feedback and yes, it’s to us to do our best with what we were given.
