The things that you are thinking about is it a conscious choice of yours or you are thinking what you’ve been told to think? If your daily consumptions are of negative things, you’ll find that’s what your mind will gravitate to think on even when you are no long in the presence of what you have mentally consumed. Guard your mind. In fact, if you are alive you are going to be thinking. So, you should be of the awareness that what you think about will make the difference between you feeling empowered or disempowered. Then again, some of us allow others to do our thinking for us.
It’s examination time. That is, self-examination! What have you been telling yourself?
Make it a habit of thinking daily on specific things, things that will serve you in a positive way. Think thoughts that are optimistic in nature, especially if you are thinking to better yourself. It was Sacrotes who said, “To find yourself, think for yourself.” That is why it is imperative that you are telling your mind what to think.

We think about the things that we are conscious of, but if the things that we are currently thinking of doesn’t make us feel fulfilled. Then we should consciously choose to feed our mind with the things to help us change our perception of ourselves or of the world itself.
