WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CHALLENGED YOURSELF?

You don’t have to be GREAT to get started, but you have to get started in order to be GREAT!

10000 CHALLENGE (1)

Don’t make the 10, 000 intimidate you. It is no match for you. In fact, 10,000 is a magic number. What will be the magic for you? You’ll only find by joining the challenge! Join the other challengers and me on MY 10,000 CHALLENGE to see our daily updates. Just remember, you are stronger than you think. Am I strong enough? Yes, I am! Can I do this challenge? Yes, I can! I want to share with you what was once told to me, “the only limitations that you will ever are the ones you put on yourself.”

The challenge for the 30 days October 1 – 30th, will be, 10,000 push-ups, abdominals and squats. Yes, the ladies asked for the squats. I gave them the squats.

To break it down. 35 x 10 = 335 each day for 3o days = 10050 You can decide how you want your numbers to breakdown!

Which one will you do? Will it be all three? Will it be one or two? Just don’t limit yourself!

Disclaimer. Make sure you are in the best of health to do the challenge and remember, it’s a choice that you make. 

Let’s begin by thinking what the end results are going to be!
