HOPE YOU ARE NOT FEEDING THE WRONG FEELING

Do you believe we are hardwired to notice what’s missing from our lives? How does that affect the feeling that we feed? Things happen and sometimes we experience things we don’t like. That’s life!

On the other hand, “Don’t let a bad day make you feel like you have a bad life.” In other words, don’t dwell on the feeling you don’t want to be ongoing.

Do you have dream chasers and go-getters in your circle of friends? You don’t! Are you a dream chaser? Are you a believer in what’s possible for your life? If you are and none of your kind is around you, it’s time go and find them, talk to them, share with them and listen to them because in pressing time you have to be very conscious of the feeling you are feeding. You cannot be feeding doubt, or the feeling of not being good enough. In life, we sometimes are caught off guard with disappointments, a stall on a promising appointment, and when things like that happen we sometimes forget that it’s all part of the journey. Don’t blame yourself, or downplay yourself, and don’t feel guilty because you have a bump in the road. Mishaps happen to the best of us. However, being grateful help with being less judgemental or not being hard on yourself because you do appreciate what you do have or already experienced.

Stand in faith and never say to yourself or anyone that you are not good enough.

Count me in because I know that a setback is a setup for a comeback and when you know that, you will not feed the feeling of quitting or count yourself out of the possibility. You may feel like you are singled out as everything you tried seems not to work out, but to make whatever happen better it is going based largely on your outlook on the world.  We have a choice everyone despite whatever happens to either dwell on the good or the bad things. Can you find something in your life to be grateful for, right now?

We can all get better, but don’t ever think you are not good enough!

IT IS POSSIBLE TO GO BEYOND LIMITATIONS. IT MAY NOT BE EASY, BUT IT IS POSSIBLE.

    Great Post. i have learnt to focus on what i have , not on what i don’t have. this way, i appreciate life more while working on those i do not have.

  3. I enjoyed your insights here Richard. It’s amazing how easily we can become self-sabotaging with our thoughts if we allow ourselves to get negative about our own capabilities. We are our own best friend or worst enemy depending on how we perceive our life…in the past, in the present and on into the future.
