9 WAYS TO START DESIGNING THE LIFE OF YOUR DREAMS

Think, envision, set some goals and create a plan of action because it’s time to design the life of your dreams.

You don’t have to settle for the life you are living right now. Things can change, but the honest truth your input is necessary for the process of designing the life of your dreams. It’s time to count yourself in the mix of experiencing a better life. A better life wasn’t reserved for a few but know that you can experience a better life too. Let’s get ready to make some moves and if you don’t mind, let’s make some bold moves. It’s time you start experiencing your greatness. However, before you start doing choose a direction that you want to go in. You have a set of talents and unique abilities, but only you can tap into them and by doing so will help you to design the life of your dreams. It’s time that you choose what you want to become because you deserve it.

Believe in yourself. Have faith in your abilities. Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy. ―Norman Vincent Peale

Let’s look at some ways that you can start designing your life:

  1. Do something in alignment with your passion every day.
  2. Educate/Empower yourself daily.
  3. Socialize with purpose.
  4. Imagine the life you desire as often as possible and nothing is wrong if you do it daily.
  5. Greet each day with an optimistic attitude.
  6. Nurture your ability without waiver.
  7. Incorporate your strengths in your passion
  8. Note your progress because it helps with building yourself confidence.
  9. Go into action.

It’s time to give yourself permission to be powerful. There are many people who were once in your position. They didn’t see themselves going beyond limitations, but you may have also seen some of those same people who once were doubtful eventually design the life of their dreams. What I share here is not new; it is just to remind you! However, there is no better time than now for you to start designing the life of your dreams. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it!

The time has come to go beyond limitations.

8 WAYS TO GET OUT OF SELF-PITY MENTALLY

Somebody has to tell you, and it’s this, self-pity is unattractive, but you can get out of it!

Do you know who stand in your way of getting ahead most of the time? Yes, you got it right! You and it happens to the best of us. However, before you downplay yourself one more time, go ahead make a list of the things that you are grateful for. What this will do is create a shift in thinking. You have heard it, change the way you think, and things will begin to change. Let’s change some things for the better!

Let’s look at some ways to get out of the self-pity mentality:

  1. Select your thoughts carefully because we become what we think.
  2. Eliminate pitiful thinking by exercising positive thinking daily, and you can enhance that way of thinking through reading.
  3. Love your way of the pit by finding everything about yourself that you love.
  4. Focus on the positive things in your life, and not the negative because what you focus on multiplies.
  5. Practice mindfulness.
  6. Identify the good things about you. What are some of your strengths?
  7. Talk with people who can influence you positively.
  8. You determine how you are going to feel: you can be pitiful or purposeful-choose!

How did you get in the self-pity mentality in the first place? Simple, you stop seeing your worth maybe from the not so pleasant things that you have experienced or experiencing. I want to remind you to be gentle with yourself because life happens and not all times the way you want it. The thing is the unpleasant situation doesn’t make you less valuable and don’t allow it to. Although brushing yourself off and go at life again can be hard, it is imperative that you do. Your dream is still floating out there, but if you remain in self-pity mentally, you will only limit yourself from experiencing what is possible.

To heal from your adverse situation is possible, but the starting point is how you begin to see yourself.
