BRING SOMEBODY UP WITH YOU

The journey to your success doesn’t have to be lonely. Traveling on your quest to fulfillment can feel more fulfilling if you invite others along. You will create great memories through the celebration of each success along the way. Once you take this step, it will bring great result knowing that you have helped someone along the way while reaching for your success. What I’m initiating here, is that you become a people builder, and by building others, you automatically improve as a person.

The next person you run into may need a word of encouragement, but the thing is you too will benefit from doing so.

My question to you is, when was the last time you purposefully draw out the best in someone else? An admirable characteristic that I have come to realize that all great leaders demonstrate is that they bring out the best in others. However, you can be a leader from where you are right now on your journey. To put it differently, if you have found a way to do what you have a passion for, you should bring someone along with you. By the way, we need each other!

How would you feel knowing that someone believes in you? For some of us, we will feel unstoppable while others will appreciate that fact that they are not alone in pursuit of their dream. I don’t know how long it took for you to realize your purpose or if someone helped with drawing it out of you. However, it could be you who is supposed to help someone else to find theirs. You have the power to remind someone that they too are valuable.

Don’t wait to encourage others you can start today!

YOUR QUESTION HAS AN ANSWER

Are you still thinking about asking your question? If that’s all you do, you are not going to get the answer to your question. It’s obvious, but we still don’t ask the question we want to ask? Sometimes we even wait to see if someone else will ask our question.

“The important thing is not to stop questioning.” –Albert Einstein

Waiting, that was something that I was guilty of, and that habit caused me to leave events, meetings, classrooms, unaware of what I wanted to know. Don’t allow that to happen to you. In fact, asking questions will shorten your learning curve. So, don’t sit back and think that your question is irrelevant; besides, you’ll be surprised how much you’ll gain as a result of asking your question.

“He who is afraid to ask is ashamed of learning.” –Proverbs

Have you ever ask a question that you think at the time was irrelevant but later get to realize that not only you but those around you benefitted from it greatly? I know that should change your perspective on asking questions. However, as the title states that your question has an answer and sometimes answers, but the truth is you will you get the answer you want every time you ask. After all, asking questions will provide you with a greater chance of learning something that you didn’t know.

Whatever you want to become more knowledgeable of, someone else may already know it.
